Task1.    What are the important characteristics of agood leader?
Well , I think first of all , a good leader should be patient, which means that when the whole group is having difficulty finding a time slot, he should coordinate with group members, and set up a perfect schedule. It really requires patience since you know, everybody is pretty busy, and they have their own commitments, like family gatherings or classes or club activities, so being patient is an essential quality. in addition,being determined is also significant for a great leader, since only through determination can he motivate group members to perform well and bring out the best in them.
Task2.    Some people think that it’s more importantto spend time with families, others think they should focus on work and study. Whichdo you prefer?
I prefer spending time on my work and study. Because as a student , having a good academic performance is my priority, if I get an exceptional GPA, my families will feel proud and happy for me, however, if I spend too much time with them watching TV or playing games,they will think that I ‘m wasting my time. Besides, focusing on my study means that I will get a high-salary job in the future, so I will have the ability to take care of all my family members. For e.g. if they get ill , I can afford the best medical treatment, and let them feel secure, which is I think the best thing I can do for them.

Task1.    What is your opinion on the followingstatement: students should be allowed to take snacks and beverages intoclassrooms?
Well, I think it’s not a good idea. Because snacks and beverages will definitely give off strange and strong odor,which is really distracting. You know , students need to stay highly focused in the classroom, the sound of chewing food or the noise of opening the food pack would be really annoying, so the study atmosphere would be adversely affected.  What’ more, I think it’s more than impolite when the professor is standing and lecturing , while the students just are dinking or enjoying their food, I mean, students should at least show respect to their professor, and eating behavior absolutely breaks the bottom line of the school disciplines.

Task2.   Which do you prefer: taking classes in themorning or in the afternoon?
I prefer taking classes in themorning, because early birds catch worms, in the morning I am really refreshed,a cup of coffee or a nutrient-rich breakfast will make me feel energetic. You know there is an old saying in china that the golden time of the day is the morning, so taking classes in the morning, I can totally concentrate.In contrast, the afternoon is the lowest point of my study efficiency, since I am usually sleepy. Besides, taking classes in the morning means I will still have the rest of the day to review the knowledge, so if I have any questions, I will have plenty of time to communicate with the professor, which is beneficial for my study effectiveness.
